Arham Electronics and Electricals (operating under the brand name Enwalk), is a leading electronics manufacturing company incorporated in India. For the sake of brevity of understanding the policies mentioned hereafter the company will be hereinafter referred as Enwalk. This policy governs your use of www.enwalk.in (“Website”) and the other associated/ancillary applications, products, websites and services managed by the Company, Arham Electronics and Electricals.

12 Months Hassle Free Warranty

At ENWALK we build our products to last longer. Our products are manufactured with excellent workmanship and design. We always adapt to trends and the needs of the customer while designing our products. To the original owner, ENWALK products come with a warranty for a duration as mentioned on the specific product page from the date of its original purchase.

Here's a summary of how the process works:

A) Submit the warranty claim form with valid information.
B) Receive an email with shipping instructions.
C) Ship your ENWALK product through India Post/ courier of your choice.
D) Receive a package with your replaced/repaired product.
E) Complete process might take up to 10-15 working days after ENWALK receives the product.

Note : There is no obligation on the company to perform the above listed tasks in a specific period of time.

Warranty Terms:

The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service: (a) the product, (b) original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the dealer, the date of purchase and the product type, and (c) reason for return.

Note :
(1) Warranty claims will be rejected if the above mentioned information is not presented.
(2) In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.


Limitations of Warranty:
This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and will automatically terminate prior to expiration if this product is sold or otherwise transferred to another party. The warranty provided by the brand in this statement applies only to products purchased for use, and not for resale. Specifically exempt from warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear, such as batteries, and other accessories. This Warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number, date code label, or product label has been altered or removed from the product.

In addition, the following are excluded from ENWALK warranty cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized retailer and distributor.
• Damage resulted from misuse and abusive action.
• Damage resulted from chemical, fire, radioactive substance, or liquid.
• Damage resulted from natural disaster.
• Damage caused to any 3rd party / person / device and beyond.

*In case of a consequential damage or liability, damage to property or life, which arises directly or indirectly through the defect in any of our products, the company shall not be held accountable

Please note that the serviceable areas for claiming warranty at present are India. Any other country or continent shall not be covered under warranty structure. We don't take any responsibility for the manufacturing defects occurred in regions other than the ones mentioned previously. No compensation or reimbursement shall be provided for the same either.

Explore Options

Refund & Replacement Policy -

  • Refund will be provided only within three days of receipt of the product. It is applicable only if the product was purchased from our own website ( www.enwalk.in ) and not any other platform. ENWALK will not be accountable for any delays in refund caused due to banks, holidays or calamities.
  • A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
  • Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.

Repair & Replacement Policy

  • The customer has the option to get the product replaced within three months of its purchase. Product accessories may not be offered at the time of replacement. Wear and tear will not be considered as a criterion for replacement. In case the product cannot be replaced, the customer has the option to get it repaired.
  • During the Warranty Period, ENWALK will either repair or replace (at ENWALK's sole discretion) the product or any defective parts (“Warranty Service”). Repair or replacement under the terms of the Warranty policy does not give the right to any extension or a new beginning of the period of warranty.
  • (1) If the product has been discontinued, the customer has the option to get the product exchanged. If the product exchanged is of a higher value, the difference amount will be paid by the customer. If the product exchanged is of a lower amount, a discount coupon will be offered to the customer.
  • (2) You understand that replaced parts or components will become the property of ENWALK.
